Play therapy mandala - 5
My Play Therapy Mandala represents such great things!! It is divided into four parts. The first section of my mandala is my family.
My husband to whom I've been married to for 13 years, my 11 year old son, and my 9 year old daughter.
They are truly the center of my life. My husband and I continue to grow with each other. My children are just amazing. It is never a dull moment in my house. We laugh, we cry, we create and memories together.
The second part section of my Mandala is a huge colorful butterfly. For me the butterfly represents freedom. Freedom to take risks, make good choices and maintain a positive attitude. Sometimes trying to keep a positive attitude can be hard, but I say you have the choice to think negatively or positively and I choose to stay positive.
The colors of the butterfly are vibrant bold colors like red, orange, and teal blue. Colors help me to be creative in everything I do. It allows me the ability to think outside the box.
The third section of my Mandala is the sun and the water. The sun brings a warm feeling to me. Its a sign that I have good people around me who love me.
The sun is also a sign of happiness. I'm at a great place in my life at this very moment and it feels good!! The water is extremely calming and peaceful.
Water helps me to regroup and get my thoughts. I also placed 2 little fish in the water and the fish are swimming up stream. This represents for me the future. Looking forward to great things to come.
Which brings me into the last section of my Mandala. Successfully completing my program here at Mercer landing a new JOB!!!
A job that will allow me to opportunity to work with diverse populations, that will bring out my creative talents, and still let me smile most days.
