The play therapy game assignment directed us to record our feelings over a week's time. My feelings were both negative and positive.
Some of the negative feelings that I experienced included in this play therapy game was: shocked, suspicious, annoyed, angry and disappointed. The positive feelings included: peaceful, optimistic, loving and confident.
In chess, as in life, one must strategize in order to be successful.
Although I experienced negative feelings this week, I focused on the positive feelings. This play therapy game allowed me to navigate the rough waters (negative feelings) and accomplish what I need to do.
