Roll-A-Feeling Game Directions:
This is a great art therapy game to play with an art therapy client, or student who needs to examine their feelings in a positive way.
The art therapy client will roll dice that dictates what the drawing will be.
In the final process of this art therapy drawing have the art therapy client come up with a name for the feeling and the art therapist and art therapy client can process the feeling drawn together.
You can begin this art therapy journey as a mental health professional who utilizes art therapy by:
